The StarCast Solution Ongoing training for your reps and employees is accomplished through four distinct training tabs within the Personal Training Portal:

Home: Real time Widgets provide a snapshot of everything related to a user’s Personal training portal. This includes a summary of assignments, library listings, webcasts, and announcements posted by admins or executives.

Training: All mandatory training assignments that are pushed to an individual sales rep or employee are categorized and viewable from the training tab. Each assignment carries a due date, attachments, and a “view” button which enables a user to launch the course, test, survey, document, or movie with a single mouse click.

Library: Content available for users to study at their own pace is available in the Library. A sales rep or employee can review or download this information whenever needed and can view it as often as he or she likes.

WebCasts: Listings of scheduled live webcasts that a user can attend are available in the WebCast tab. Clicking the “join now” button enables a user to join a live meeting or training session with up to 500 participants at once.
